It never ceases to amaze me at how God (insert whatever you want here like the Universe) works in our lives. Stay with me and see if there is a moment in your life where my story resonates with you.
In the fall of 2012, I saw a business that I didn’t have time for but it looked so appealing that I decided to partner with friends and sign up. That company was Lyoness, the only worldwide loyalty reward card. That was August and through September and October we did nothing. Then a day after my birthday in late October I lost my job of 3 years. In December my business partner in Lyoness shattered his arm in a skating accident with his granddaughter and couldn’t do his job anymore.
So in January 2013 we looked at each other and said ‘game on’ – let’s do this. And do it we did. By the end of 2013 we had done very well and by the end of 2014 we had another successful year. Then came far too many changes and 2015 was a disaster for our business.
The Next Chapter
Then in November 2015 another opportunity presented itself and even though I had seen dozens of other opportunities this one really looked awesome. So I jumped in. And within 3 weeks I qualified for the company vehicle, a Jeep of my choice. And that brings me to now.
Today I got laid off from my job of just under 2 years as my business is taking off. So here we go again. Game On!
